Butchery
The Butchery offers beef, lamb, chicken and pork. Jack makes all our sausages and burgers by hand, including out speciality Brook House Hottie sausages. Please ring ahead with any requests for specific cuts of meat and larger orders. If you don’t see what you’re after, just ask Jack.
Deli
Our deli serves pies, our famous homemade sausage rolls, quiches, sliced ham, beef and turkey all homemade in our own kitchen along with a selection of locally produced cheeses.
Cafe
From field to fork. Our Cafe has 8 tables alongside outdoor seating with a children’s play area. Our seasonal menu is created by in house chefs Alex and Maisie showcasing our own produce. A selection of homemade cakes are available and we scoop ice cream in the warmer months too. Click here to see the menu
All other products in the shop are locally sourced from independent suppliers.

From Bidlea Dairy in Holmes Chapel and Greenoaks Farm in Mobberley
Fresh & Artisan Breads
From Don Millers, delivered 6 days a week. Artisan bread from Elnor Lane Bakery in Rushton Spencer, delivered Thursdays and Saturdays: The sourdough is a firm favbourite with customers and staff alike.
Outstanding Fresh Eggs
From Poplars Farm in Northwich are available by the half-dozen or the tray
Ice Cream
We scoop Walling’s ice cream in the warmer months, but always have Wailings, Bidlea and Ginge & Co ice cream in our freezers
Beers, Wines & Spirits
A selection of locally sourced beers, wines & spirits from Bach 95, Mobberley Brewery, Beartown Brewery and Forrest Gin from Macclesfield.
Fresh Seasonal Flowers
Available every weekend, always British and often grown by family members here on our farm.
Molly Lou Candles
Local to the area, look out for candle making workshops.
Baked by Bean Bakery
Based on the farm and is open for sweet treats outside the shop every Friday and Sunday
